The Best River Cruises

Fortunately, I have been able to sail on four river cruises so far. My first time was a Danube cruise with AmaWaterways on AmaMagna. I have sailed on the Rhine twice, once with AmaWaterways and again with Uniworld on S.S. Antoinette. I have written about them on my blog here and here. Mostly recently, I was back with AmaWaterways on the Douro River in Portugal, which might be my favorite. I've enjoyed them all! River cruises offer a luxury all-inclusive exprience. When you travel on a river cruise, you only unpack once. Everything is included, such as luxury accommodations, meals, beverages, and tours. You can also package flights and airport transfers, as well as pre and post-cruise tours. Just because it's a convenient way to travel and see a lot doesn't mean it's lazy or cheesy!
